Brikawood was developed by a French company and takes an aim at sustainability in construction. Instead of hammering the wood together the boards are constructed to fit into each other. This way you only need a minimum amount of extra supplies, construction is faster and it’s much easier than traditional methods. Interestingly there are more features. The boards cost 57-62 % of the standard boards due to how they’re designed. From freeing rains to earthquakes up to 8.5 the house will be sturdy for most climates.
Included here are the ByFusion & Concept Plastics articles so you can have a look at some other methods of sustainable construction currently being developed.
